Million Air Ranked No. 11 Fixed-Base Operator In The Nation

The Westchester County Airport fixed-base operator received the Top 20 ranking ranking from Pro Pilot magazine.

HARRISON, NY — If you want the inside scoop on air travel, just ask a professional pilot or two.

Million Air, a fixed-based operator at Westchester County Airport, has been recognized as the 11th best fixed-base operator nationwide by Pro Pilot Magazine’s PRASE Survey. The Million Air network was named best large fixed-base operator chain for the 12th year in a row.

The Pro Pilot PRASE survey, conducted by the aviation industry trade publication, gathers responses from aviation professionals who interact daily with fixed-base operators nationwide. Pro Pilot subscribers graded a total of 1,176 US FBO selections from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in six categories: line team, customer service representatives, facility, amenities, promptness & efficiency, and value for price. This provided a total of 6,996 individual evaluations to arrive at the 2023 U.S. fixed-base operator rankings.

The Professional Pilot PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment) Survey is an annual tabulation of customer opinions of aviation ground services. Executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots, CEOs, and other qualified subscribers to Professional Pilot magazine are polled once a year to determine the PRASE Winners’ List.
