New 'Semi-Private' Flights Take Off From Westchester Airport Soon

HARRISON, NY — The benefits of flying on a private plane include not having to wait around for your flight, private and dignified security checkpoints, and room to breath on board —unfortunately, the cost far outweighs those benefits in most cases, but the Hudson Valley's newest airline is now offering air travelers the best of both worlds.

Dallas-based JSX is offering semi-private flights from Westchester County Airport (HPN) promising flyers an opportunity to bypass the commercial airlines' gridlock this season and escape to popular summertime destinations with ease via 30-seat jets connected by private terminals.

The semi-private public charter service, JSX, is expanding its East Coast network with new flights for the first time this summer linking Hudson Valley travelers to three new vacation destinations with all of the perks of flying private, but without the hefty price tag.

The new round-trip flight service on JSX will start on Thursday, June 22, from Westchester County (HPN) to Nashville (BNA), alongside new seasonal flight service from the East Coast to Portland, Maine (PWM) and Martha’s Vineyard (MVY) through September 4.

The airline's "hop-on jet service" is being credited for revolutionizing the industry and carving out its own category of simple, seamless and crowd-free air travel, with flights starting at under $300 each way.

The airline said that each day, JSX connects over 3,000 customers to their destinations and across the carrier's fast-growing coast-to-coast network with an on-time record that traditional commercial airlines can't touch.

Flying "semi-private" might not make you feel like a Kardashian, but JSX says it does have its benefits, including flying out of private terminals on 30-seat jets, business class legroom for all, streamlined security, and even hot towel service. Perhaps most importantly, passengers can simply hop on the plane and go in style, arriving just 20 minutes before departure, skipping the long lines and waiting.

• Regular flight service between Westchester County Airport (HPN) and Nashville International Airport (BNA) will operate seven days a week, with two flights a day.
• Introductory fares start at $279 one-way and include at least two checked bags (weight/size restrictions apply), onboard cocktails, free Starlink Wi-Fi, and gourmet snacks. 

New JSX Flights Between Westchester County (HPN) and Dallas (DAL)

• Regular flight service between Westchester County Airport (HPN) and Nashville International Airport (BNA) will operate seven days a week, with two flights a day.
• The one-stop, same plane service to Dallas (DAL) will include a quick 30-minute stopover in Nashville (BNA).
• Introductory fares start at $279 one-way and include at least two checked bags (weight/size restrictions apply), onboard cocktails, free Starlink Wi-Fi, and gourmet snacks.

New Seasonal JSX Flights Between Westchester County (HPN) and Portland, Maine (PWM)

• Nonstop seasonal flights between Westchester County Airport (HPN) and Portland International Jetport, Maine (PWM) will operate five days a week, with one flight a day on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Introductory fares start at $249 one-way and include at least two checked bags (weight/size restrictions apply), onboard cocktails, free Starlink Wi-Fi, and gourmet snacks. 
• Flight service will run from June 22 - September 4.

New Seasonal JSX Flights Between Westchester County (HPN) and Martha’s Vineyard (MVY)

• Nonstop seasonal flights between Westchester County Airport (HPN) and Martha’s Vineyard Airport (MVY) will operate five days a week, with one flight a day on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Introductory fares start at $229 one-way and include at least two checked bags (weight/size restrictions apply), onboard cocktails, free Starlink Wi-Fi, and gourmet snacks. 
• Flight service will run from June 22 - September 4.

As of May 1, JSX is officially the first-ever global launch customer to offer free in-flight Wi-Fi from SpaceX’s Starlink, across its full fleet.

Over the past year, JSX has established a fast-growing coast-to-coast network now serving 45 routes across 26 key North American markets, including newly established networks in Florida, Colorado and Cabo San Lucas, with plans to further bolster both its domestic & international flight service with new routes and expansion plans through 2023.
