Police: Man Steals Styling Products From Trotta's Pharmacy

Police say a hispanic male removed security tags from razor blades and hair styling products before stealing them from the store.

Police are looking for a man who stole more than $200 of hair styling and personal hygeine products from .

A store manager told police that a hispanic man entered the store at 15 Halstead Avenue on Aug. 30 at about 7 p.m. and removed the security tags from three hair styling products and put them in his pants. The man then continued to another area of the store and pocketed three packs of razorblades before leaving.

The total value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $211.

Police reports describe the man, who was caught on security video, as being 5'8", 225 pounds with shoulder length braided hair. 

The store owner said he would like to pursue charges if the shoplifter is caught and a police investigation is pending.
