Question: How Big a Concern is Flooding?

Flooding in some of Harrison's beighborhoods has been a destructive problem this year. Some homeowners say floods over the last few years have cost them thousands of dollars.

Other areas of town, however, aren't affected.

Fixing the flood problem in affected areas , according to town officials. But residents in flood-prone areas say something needs to be done.
