Weeklong Hutchinson Lane Reductions, Ramp Closures Start Sunday Night
The roadwork will stretch from Harrison to Scarsdale, but work isn't planned during morning or evening rush hours.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — The Hutch might be a little trickier than usual for the next week.
The NYS Department of Transportation announced that lane reductions and ramp closures along the Hutchinson River Parkway are scheduled nightly this week for construction work, starting Sunday night.
The northbound lane of the Hutchinson River Parkway will be reduced to one lane between Exit 12 (Mamaroneck Road) in Scarsdale and Exit 14 (North Street) in Harrison.

The northbound ramp to and from Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue) in Scarsdale will be closed.
The scheduled work will take place nightly between Sunday, April 21 through Thursday, April 25, between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., weather permitting, according to the agency.

The NYSDOT is reminding drivers to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of your driver's license.
