Man Illegally Sold Cannabis Twice In 6 Days At Hauppauge Shop: Police
The man was accused of selling cannabis products without a license and selling cannabis products to a minor, police say.
Correction: Qazi Siddique, 30, of Valley Stream, was arrested once on Wednesday, Suffolk police said in a correction on Thursday afternoon. Siddique was not ticketed or arrested on May 2 following his initial infraction, police said.
HAUPPAUGE, NY — A Hauppauge smoke shop employee was arrested in connection with illegally selling cannabis products twice in six days, Suffolk police said.
Law enforcement investigated the illegal sales of cannabis products, checking seven businesses for compliance, police said. Police said violations were found at one: Convenience 12-12 Smoke Shop, at 900 Wheeler Road.

Qazi Siddique, 30, of Valley Stream, an employee, sold cannabis products without a license on May 2 and sold cannabis products to a minor on Wednesday, police said. He was arrested Wednesday, police said.
Investigators also seized large quantities of flavored vape products offered for sale, police said.

Siddique was charged with unlawful sale of cannabis and second-degree unlawfully dealing with
a child. He was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
