Austin Inspired Food Hall Heading To Downtown Brooklyn

The Hill Country Food Park will take over 10,000-square-foot of space at 345 Adams St., Eater New York reported.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN, NY — A food hall inspired by food trucks in Austin, Texas, will take over an Adams Street storefront later this year, Eater New York reported.

The owners of Hill Country Fried Chicken and Hill Country Barbecue Market plan to combine their 345 Adams St. spaces for a 10,000-square-foot "food park" with six different vendors, according to the Eater.

The hall, dubbed Hill Country Food Park, plans to sell Austin, Texas, food truck favorites like breakfast tacos, barbecue food, pizza, donuts and more, the website reported. They'll be seating, a full bar and live music at the space.
