Cops Seek 4 Teens Who Allegedly Punched A Teen And Stole Her Phone

The NYPD released video of two suspects in a 20-person robbery, they said.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN, BROOKLYN — Cops are looking for 20 people who were involved in the group robbery of a 17-year-old girl in Downtown Brooklyn last week. According to police, around 20 people surrounded the teen on Thursday, Jan. 12 at around 7 p.m., someone punched her in the face and they took her cellphone. The incident occurred at 88A 4th Avenue, cops said.

The criminals fled toward the 4th Avenue and Pacific train station. The girl was taken to a hospital and treated for her injuries, cops said.

Police described four teenage suspects in the robbery. The first one they described as a black young man around 15 to 17 years old with a "dark complexion" and red hair, and he was last seen wearing a hooded jacket and dark jeans. The second suspect was described as a black young woman 15 to 17 years old wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans and black and white Jordan sneakers. The third suspect was also described as a 15- to 17-year-old young woman with a "dark medium complexion," and she was last seen wearing a purple hooded jacket, blue jeans and purple sneakers. The fourth suspect was also described as a black woman around 15 to 17 years old with a "medium complexion," and she was last seen wearing a white tank top and black pants with a white stripe going down the side of the leg.
