  1. On Monday, Lincoln Restler called on the Department of City Planning to drop requirements for parking spaces in new development rezonings for "transit-rich" areas, saying the move would further incentivize residents to use public transit. (Brooklyn Paper)
  2. Jed Walentas, the CEO of Two Trees, made City & State's list of New York City's top 100 power players. In total Walentas's company has given $50,000 to Eric Adams's nonprofit Brooklyn One, and he and his associates donated $24,000 to Adams's mayoral election campaign. (City & State)
