NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following thefts from cars for the week ending July 15.

  • Items were stolen from a car parked on Herman Boulevard in Franklin Square on July 8.
  • An E-Zpass was stolen from an unlocked car parked on Magnolia Street in Westbury on July 8.
  • Glasses were stolen from an unlocked car parked on De Sibio Place in Inwood on July 10.
  • Assorted items were stolen from a car parked on Belmont Avenue in West Hempstead on July 10.
  • Items were stolen from a car parked at the Woodmere LIRR station on July 8.
  • Items were stolen from a car parked on Rosalind Place in Lawrence on July 11.
  • Sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked car parked on Bayview Avenue in Inwood on July 10.
  • Items were stolen from a car parked on Cedar Road in Inwood on July 10.
  • A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked car parked on Vassar Place in West Hempstead on July 12.
  • A catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked on Stevens Avenue in North Merrick on July 12.
