First-time homebuyers are able to pick up applications for three remaining affordable townhouse units in Huntington Station, the Town of Huntington Community Development Agency and Beechwood Homes, LLC announced.
The townhouses, priced at $318,625 each, are located at Country Pointe at Huntington, a newly constructed condominium community on East Fifth Street. The units are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To be eligible, income for a household size cannot exceed:

- $93,072 for one person
- $106,368 for two persons
- $119,664 for three persons
Applicants must also meet asset qualification requirements.
Each townhouse unit comes with three bedrooms and two and a half baths.

A first-time homebuyer is considered a person or persons who have never owned a home, have not owned a home for the last three years, or, is a displaced homemaker.
