Brand New Guitar Found On Route 25A Returned To Owner [UPDATE]

UPDATED on Wednesday at 5:40 p.m.: The guitar has been returned to its rightful owner, Patch was told.

Someone found a brand new guitar that was lying in the middle of Route 25A in Centerport. He is now in search of the owner of the guitar.

"I was driving Sunday morning and almost ran over a brand new guitar that was lying in the middle of the road," Robert Schwartz told Patch.

Schwartz doesn't want anything in return; he just wishes to return the guitar to the rightful owner.

"Can you imagine if John Lennon lost his guitar?" he said. "I need to get this back to the owner."
