Huntington School Budget Preview For 2024-25

HUNTINGTON, NY — Huntington residents are set to head to the polls on Tuesday, May 21.
The vote is scheduled at Huntington High School from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Huntington School District's proposed spending plan for the 2024-25 school year is $152,277,619. That's a 4.05 percent increase from the current budget. The tax levy is $117,043,556, or a 2.93 percent increase from last year's.

The school board has three open seats. Residents will get to vote for three out of four candidates: Sara Baliber, Thomas Galvin, Annie Michaelian and Theresa Sullivan.
