Huntington Students Selected for Music Festival

More than 50 student musicians in the Huntington School District have been chosen for the Suffolk County Music Educators Association’s annual festival series in March.

According to the district, the following students attending Huntington schools were selected for the festival:

Huntington High School: William Fallon (mallets), Anjali Kapur (flute), Jamie Rosenbauer (bass clarinet), Joshua Yanuck (trumpet/cornet), Tazwar Akber (bass), Andrew Aprigliano (bass), Allyson Arleo (alto), Lola Kindall (alto), Nicholas Newell (bass), Amelia Reilly (soprano), Madeline Shea (soprano), Brianna Burke (flute), Christopher Chang (violin), Benjamin Connor (Bb clarinet), Julia Engle (oboe), Billy Garfinkel (viola), Adina Kirkland (French horn) and Jacob Labarge (piccolo).

J. Taylor Finley Middle School: Christiana DeLuca (mallets), Christopher Engle (baritone/euphonium), Emerson Forbes (snare drum), Nathaniel Gamboa (alto sax), Alison Gooding (flute), Meagan Malone (Bb clarinet), Nathan Musso (trumpet), Matt Quinn (trombone), Katie Riley (French horn), Nathan Soric (Bb clarinet), Isabella Cahill (soprano), Keenan Lyons (baritone), Joy McCallion (alto), Abigail Semelsberger (soprano), Faith Youngquist (alto), Hannah Bailin (cello), Arielle Harvey (violin), Catherine Jamison (viola), Annabella Matheus (violin), Haley Mortell (violin) and Kyle Perea (double bass).
