Lacrosse Fundraiser Set for Sunday
Event benefits the Huntington High School boys' program.
Stop by Finnegan’s Restaurant and Tap Room in Huntington for a fundraiser for the Huntington High School boys’ program on Sunday, Feb. 8 from 1:30-5 p.m.
It’s the chance to catch up with parents, alumni and friends of the program – as well as New Blue Devil head coach Kevin Travis and school faculty – but you must be 21 or older to attend, according to the district’s website. Admission is $50, and tickets will be sold at the door.

The Blue Devils advanced to the Suffolk Class A tournament last spring before being upended in the quarterfinals at home by Comsewogue, 12-8. Huntington finished the year with an 11-5 record.
Donate unwanted lacrosse equipment by bringing it the fundraiser. Organizers will deliver the items to the Devil’s Den, which provides Huntington athletes with needed gear. Can’t attend the fundraiser but want to donate equipment? Visit the district’s website and find out how you can help.
