Suffolk Police Incidents: Restaurant Brawl; Glass Door Smashed

Incidents in the second precinct, June 14-21.

The following incidents were reported in the Suffolk County Police Second Precinct between June 14- 21.

  • A fight broke out at La Notte restaurant in Huntington on June 15 around 10 p.m. when a woman pushed a female employee and threw a glass at her face. Another woman then joined in and pushed and grabbed the employee by the arm. The police are still investigating the incident.
  • The glass door to Lion in the Sun on Main Street was smashed by an unknown person on June 21.
  • A window was broken in the courtyard stairwell of St. John's Church in Huntington Station near the thrift store entrance by an unknown person on June 20.
  • A plastic sign in front of 15 Green Street was broken by an unknown person on June 21.
  • A man punched another man in the face on Roosevelt Avenue in East Northport on June 20. 
  • Someone took a backpack blower and a chainsaw from landscaping truck parked outside of a residence on Goose Hill Road in Huntington on June 19.
  • An engine was stolen from West Shore Marina on Shore Road in Huntington.
