Dead Fetus Left On LaGuardia Plane By Teen Who Miscarried: Report
An 18-year-old Brooklyn woman left the fetus found in a toilet on the American Airlines flight at LaGuardia, the New York Post reported.

QUEENS, NY -- The dead fetus found aboard an American Airlines plane at LaGuardia Airport on Tuesday was left in a toilet by a Brooklyn teen who miscarried the night before, the New York Post reported.
A cleanup crew discovered the dead fetus, estimated to be about 3-6 months along, at about 7:30 a.m. aboard an out-of-service American Airlines plane that flew into Queens from Charlotte Douglas International Airport the night before.
Law enforcement sources told the Post an 18-year-old East Flatbush woman left the fetus behind on American Airlines Flight 1942 after she miscarried in the bathroom while her sister stood guard.

The pregnant passenger rushed into the lavatory of Airbus A321 after all the other flyers had deplaned for what her sister told crew members was an emergency, according to the Post. She later checked into Kings County Hospital at about 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
After a cleanup crew made the grisly discovery later that morning, an American Airlines spokesperson said the airline was "actively cooperating with law enforcement in its investigation" as they continued to learn more about the "tragic and sensitive situation."

Cops want to interview the sisters, but believe the incident was a miscarriage and not criminal, sources told the Post.
Port Authority police deferred questions surrounding the case to the City Medical Examiner and Queens District Attorney, who both confirmed they were investigating the matter.
A spokesperson from the City Medical Examiner's office confirmed, "we're investigating what we believe to be a human fetus found deceased in an airplane."
