Homeless Man Found Dead In Elmhurst Park, Police Say

ELMHURST, NY — A homeless man was found dead in an Elmhurst park Wednesday morning, police said. Cops found the unidentified man unconscious on a bench in the Moore Homestead Playground just after 8 a.m., according to the NYPD.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The medical examiner will determine his cause of death.

Police said the incident is still under investigation.
