Queens Senator To Host Annual Mobile Office Hours In Woodhaven

State Senator Joseph Addabbo will be at the Woodhaven Library on May 24 to hear from his District 15 constituents.

WOODHAVEN, QUEENS -- Queens residents who want their community issues heard will have the full attention of one New York senator on May 24.

That's when State Sen. Joseph Addabbo (D-Queens) will host his annual mobile office hours at the Woodhaven Library, his office announced on Wednesday. Residents can meet with the senator face-to-face from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the library at 85-41 Forest Parkway to lay out questions or concerns from their neighborhoods.

Addabbo represents the Senate's 15th District, which includes: Kew Gardens, Kew Gardens Hills, Forest Hills, Rego Park, Elmhurst, Woodside, Middle Village, Maspeth, Glendale, Ridgewood, Ozone Park, South Ozone Park, Richmond Hill, Woodhaven, Howard Beach, Hamilton Beach, Broad Channel and the Rockaways.

He holds the mobile offices once a year at different libraries throughout those neighborhoods to build relationships with members of the vast district.

"I understand that it may be difficult for some residents to visit or call my office during normal business hours, which is what inspired me to create these mobile office hours," Addabbo said.
