Long Island Technology Hall of Fame Inducts Kings Parker

Kings Park High School senior and Intel Finalist inducted into Long Island Technology Young Hall of Fame.

How many teens can say they are a hall of famer even before graduating high school?

Mayuri Sridhar, senior from Kings Park High School and Intel Science Talent Search 2013 Finalist was inducted into the Long Island Technology Young Hall of Fame recently for her efforts in her project entitled, β€œComputational Analysis of the DNA-Binding Mechanism of the p53 Tumor Suppressor and its Inactivation through the R249S Mutation.

Β "Long Island has a rich history of technology entrepreneurship in service to our nation’s needs, great technology companies and great science and engineering research centers, knowledgeable investors and professional business services providers, a remarkable public school system and a network of excellent institutions of higher education," said high school principal Lino Bracco in a statement released by the school district.
