• House Fire In Kings Park Under Investigation: Chief (patch.com) — Kings Park residents may notice increased fire and police activity after a Sunday evening house fire on Broadview Avenue that drew multiple neighboring departments for mutual aid. Crews quickly brought the blaze under control with no injuries reported, and investigators from the Town of Smithtown Fire Marshal’s Office and Suffolk County Police Arson Squad are now working to determine the cause.
