'Joyful' Exhibition At The Idea Kitchen Might Just Elevate Your Mood
It is perhaps fitting that a workspace conceived to foster creativity and collaboration would also become a must-see gallery space.
LARCHMONT, NY — The newest art installation at the Idea Kitchen in Larchmont offers a uniquely immersive experience in an environment that is noticeably more welcoming than the Chelsea gallery district, but the works on exhibit are no less impressive.
The Idea Kitchen will be presenting "Joyful," an exhibition curated by Lisa Post that will be on display until December 31.

"We're thrilled to have our newest art exhibit up and running," The Idea Kitchen posted on social media. "Curated by LISA POST ART @lisapostart, this show is the largest yet - featuring the talented work of 25 different artists!"
Post says that the 75 artworks are composed of acrylics, collage, foil, glass, mixed media, oils, photographs and watercolor.

The show is open to the public for viewing during normal business hours.
An open house and reception will be held on November 12, from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Admission will be free and light refreshments will be served.
Post also created a special playlist for the Joyful exhibit, which she says is filled with songs that are all "joyful and happy."

Post is an artist and graphic designer who lives in New Rochelle. She studied Graphic Design at the New York Institute of Technology. Post recently became Art Curator for The Idea Kitchen, with "Driven To Abstraction," being the first show she curated there earlier this year.
