WESTCHESTER, NY — If you're looking to be a Saint Patrick's Day hero this year, it's not green socks or a pot o' gold you seek — instead, think tasty treats.

This year, Duck Donuts, already well-known for its warm, made-to-order donuts, is offering a "Lucky Duck Assortment" filled with a dozen good luck charms in honor of Saint Patrick's Day. The company says "twelve freshly made rings of happiness" feature magical charms and shamrock green vanilla icing.

You have from now through Sunday to get your hands on the "Lucky Duck Assortment" featuring the following magical combinations:

  • Bacon Shamrock: green vanilla icing with chopped bacon
  • Strawberry Magical Charms: strawberry icing with limited-time magical charms and marshmallow drizzle
  • Lucky Cinnamon Bun: cinnamon sugar with green vanilla drizzle
  • Confetti Shamrock: green vanilla icing with rainbow sprinkles

The Lucky Duck Assortment is available for pickup or delivery in Mamaroneck and White Plains stores and can be ordered in-shop, online or through the Duck Donuts Rewards app.

Customers can create their own donut combination by choosing from a variety of coatings, toppings and drizzles, including traditional favorites such as chocolate icing with sprinkles and more adventurous creations such as maple icing with bacon.

The family-friendly stores also offer a viewing area where children and (grownups) can watch their donuts being made.
