Santa Has Installed A North Pole Express Mailbox In Harbor Island Park
A special hub to the North Pole means the girls and boys in the village have an edge when it comes to getting their wish lists to St. Nick.
VILLAGE OF MAMARONECK, NY — The big guy in the red suit is especially busy this time of year, but he always makes time for the children on his "nice" list.
It will be easier for Village of Mamaroneck children to write to Santa this year with the special North Pole Express mailbox he placed in Harbor Island Park "to avoid the hassle of children’s letters becoming lost on their way to Santa Claus."
The red mailbox is located in front of the pavilion building.

The village reassures children that "since the mailbox is an express mailbox to deliver letters only to the North Pole, children can rest assured that Old St. Nick will be reading their letters well before Christmas morning arrives."
Officials added that "parents should be proud as Mamaroneck children rank among the highest in good behavior in the country, which has contributed to obtaining the North Pole Express mailbox."
