2 Teens Arrested After Fight In Nassau Park: Police

Police say the two attacked a third teen, and pointed a realistic-looking toy gun at him.

LEVITTOWN, NY — A fight between three teens in Levittown Wednesday night led to three arrests, Nassau County police say.

According to police, three teens got into a fight in Azalea Park, at the corner of Azalea Road and Hilltop Road, around 8 p.m. Wednesday. A 17-year-old boy was hit several times in the stomach, head and face by another 17-year-old, police say. A second person, Max Itchkow, 19, of Levittown, pointed a fake, black-colored handgun at the teen, making him fear for his life, police said.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene.

Both attackers were found at the corner of Lily Lane and Clover Lane and arrested without incident, police said. Police say they recovered a black BB gun during the arrest.

The 17-year-old was charged with third-degree assault, and was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Nassau County Family Court on July 26. Itchkow was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was also released on an appearance ticket, which is returnable to First District Court in Hempstead on July 25.
