5 Levittown Seniors To Play Sports In College — Here's Where

The students marked the signing event dressed in their future school colors and attire.

LEVITTOWN, NY — Five high school seniors in Levittown Public Schools have committed to play sports in college, including at Stanford University and Stony Brook University.

Emily Gillis and Hailey Thomas of Division Avenue High School committed to play basketball and lacrosse, respectively. Gillis will attend Gardner Webb University and Thomas will attend New York Institute of Technology.

From General Douglas MacArthur High School, Connor Maurer, Shannon Kilian and Timothy Weber also committed to college athletics. Maurer will play soccer at Stanford, while Kilian and Weber play soccer and track, respectively, at Stony Brook.
