America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses Coming To Levittown Mews

LEVITTOWN, NY — Optical retailer America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses just inked a deal to move into Levittown Mews shopping center next month, according to a news release from property owner Breslin Realty Development Corp.

The Garden City-based realty company said that the 24-year-old retailer, which provides both eye care and eyewear to its customers in over 700 stores throughout the nation, has signed on to the property in a long-term lease in the 3,500-square-foot endcap of the shopping center. The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization, the news release stated.

Levittown Mews also contains Walmart Neighborhood Market, Portofino Restaurant, H&R Block, European Wax Center, Jovia Financial Credit Union, The Children’s Place, Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, Lane Bryant and Ulta Beauty. About 7,000-square-feet of space, including a 2,826-square-foot restaurant endcap, is vacant inside the shopping center, according to Breslin.
