Construction is ongoing at the site of the future Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology center in Levittown, with completion expected sometime in the Fall of next year.
Crews are currently active at the scene as they work on laying the foundation, said Cathryn Masci, Architectural Planner for Zwanger-Pesiri.
"This part takes a little bit longer because of the concrete," Masci said.

The new practice is located at 3235 Hempstead Tpke., which is the site of the former Israel Community Center. It will be a full-service facility offering x-rays, MRIs, 3D mammography and biopsy procedures.

Hiring for the new practice will begin in the spring, Masci said. Residents interested in jobs can visit the website or call the main number to apply.
