Drug Dealer Arrested After Fatal Overdose: Nassau Police
Police say the investigation into the death led to the man's arrest.
BETHPAGE, NY — Nassau County police say they arrested an alleged drug dealer after investigating an overdose.
According to police, the investigation into the fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident in Bethpage led to the arrest of Nicholas S. Leroy, 30, of Freeport.
Leroy was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Dec. 8 without incident.

He is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to be arraigned later today in First District Court in Hempstead.
