Levittown High Schools to Compete in Business Development Challenge

MacArthur and Division High School in Levittown have been chosen to compete in the first-ever "Comptroller's Entrepreneurial High School Challenge," where over 200 business students in Nassau County will be competing for scholarship prizes from various sponsors.

"My office has created a competition where the leaders of tomorrow will be challenged today to come up with business ideas that they feel will thrive in Nassau County,” Comptroller George Maragos said in a release.

A press conference will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at Massapequa High School to announce the details of the competition. The kick-off event takes place on April 17.

Other local high school's participating include Plainedge, New Hyde Park, Hicksville and Freeport High School.
