Levittown Man Arrested for Graffiti in Port Jefferson Station

Suspect allegedly made graffiti on a commercial building.

Suffolk County Police have reported the arrest of a Levittown man for allegedly making graffiti on a building. 

According to a police report, Fabricio Lopez, 23, had two cans of spray paint and was seen taking photographs of graffiti on a commercial building on Jefferson Avenue in Port Jefferson Station. Police arrested him at 1 p.m. on April 24, 

Lopez was arrested in Port Jefferson Station and charged with making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments, both misdemeanors.
