Levittown Shoplifter Arrested: Nassau County Police

LEVITTOWN, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in the Levittown area for the week of Aug. 4-11.

All charges are merely accusations.

  • The catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked on Teamster Lane on Aug. 9.
  • Cesar Sterling Batista-Perez, 30, of New Cassel, was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with shoplifting from Home Depot on Hempstead Turnpike.
  • A man stole food from the 7-Eleven on Jerusalem Avenue on Aug. 8.
