Man Stalks LI Teenager Multiple Times: Police

Justin Sullivan faces a charge of fourth-degree stalking, police said.

LEVITTOWN, NY — A Levittown man was arrested for multiple incidents of stalking from Oct. 4-11, police said.

Justin Sullivan, 26, followed a 16-year-old girl walking home from school on Wantagh Avenue, police said.

He drove past the victim numerous times on five different days, waving and laughing at her, authorities said.

On Oct. 10, he was seen parked in front of the victim's home, police said. An investigation led to detectives placing Sullivan in custody without incident, police said.

He is charged with fourth-degree stalking, police said. Sullivan was expected to be arraigned on Wednesday.
