The Levittown Board of Education will hold the third budget planning session on Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. at Levittown Memorial.
Previously, the board presented the second budget draft two weeks ago. The draft of the 2013-14 budget came in at $195,590,207, a 2.94 percent increase over last year. The board said that there will likely be no cuts next year, but there may be some staffing adjustments based on enrollment.
Wednesday night's meeting will cover a line item review of capital expenses, including buildings and grounds, maintenance and serial bonds, as well as a look at revenue sources such as state aid and the tax levy.
The fourth budget presentation and first budget hearing where the board will adopt the budget will take place on April 17. The second budget hearing takes place on May 14, with the budget vote set for May 21.
