The Poke Bros. To Open First NY Location In Levittown Next Week

The popular chain offers fast-casual poké bowls, along with other healthy options.

LEVITTOWN, NY — Those looking for some Hawaiian food will have another option when The Poke Bros. opens its restaurant in Levittown next week.

Poké is a traditional Hawaiian cuisine, the word referring to the cubed uncooked fish central to the dish. It's a combination of fish and fresh vegetables served on rice, along with different flavorings.

Poke Bros. has dozens of locations across the country. The new store in Levittown, located at 3258 Hempstead Turnpike, will be the chain's first store in New York. The grand opening is scheduled for July 20.

The Poke Bros. fast-casual concept centers around the familiar assembly line model popularized by franchises like Chipotle and allows guests to “build their own” poké bowl with a variety of ingredients. They also offer a handful of Signature Bowls for the newbie as well as lighter snacks like poké nachos, seaweed salad and Mochi ice cream.
