$50K Winning Powerball Ticket Sold On Long Island

The winning ticket was sold at a Long Island business.

LINDENHURST, NY – A prize-winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold on Long Island, according to the New York Lottery.

The lucky winner purchased the ticket at Mini Mart on Route 109 in Lindenhurst, according to officials.

So far, no news on who the lucky winner is.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.

The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.

The New York Lottery generated $3.8 billion in total sales during fiscal year 2023-2024.
