Root for the home team as the Lindenhurst Varsity Football Team takes on Sachem East.

Fall is in the air, football season is well underway with the , and homecoming is right around the corner.

That’s right homecoming is set for the weekend of October 22. Festivities kick off with two school pep rallies. The first is at the for students at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 21. The second one is later that night at the middle school field at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, October 22, the homecoming parade will take place beginning at and will wind its way through the village to the middle school field where the Bulldogs will take on Sachem East at

Now, before the team meets Sachem East at homecoming, it will be on the road at Longwood on Friday, at 6 p.m.
