Applebee's Hosts Ribbon-Cutting At Long Island Restaurant
Applebee's has completed a renovation at another Long Island location and put new offerings on the menu.
LINDENHURST, NY — Applebee's has revamped another Long Island location and put new offerings on the menu.
Lindenhurst's Applebee's Grill + Bar, located at 600 N Wellwood Ave, is unveiling its new look with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, June 11, at 11 a.m.
According to a restaurant representative, the remodel includes new light fixtures, booth and bar seating upgrades and "locally-inspired artwork." The menu features new offerings, from "premium shareable appetizers to inventive seasonal entrees."

"We’re proud to invite our neighbors back into a fresh new space that truly reflects the warmth and character of Lindenhurst," said Area Director Adam Eury. "This remodel honors the families and local spirit we’ve served for decades, and we can’t wait for everyone to see the changes."

Doherty will continue to renovate a "few other locations" along the East Coast later this year, the rep told Patch.

The first Applebee's opened in 1980 in Decatur, GA, and now has over 1,500 locations in 11 countries and territories.
Doherty Enterprises operates more than 160 restaurants in New Jersey and New York, including Applebee's, Panera Bread, Wendy’s and four other chains.
Applebee's Lindenhurst is open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to midnight and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 to 1 a.m.
