The work week begins again, and as temps continue to climb this summer, here are some to help you stay and healthy during the heat of summer. Plus, be sure to check out of a South Shore beach.

The cost for lessons is $35.00 per child; bring a check or money order payable to Lindenhurst Public Schools. Session Three starts August 1 and runs through August 12. Class start times are 9 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
