Community Cares Carrying Out “Clean Sweep” on Sept. 1

Organization looking for volunteers to help in the clean-up efforts.

Looking for a great volunteer effort? We’ve got one happening right here in the village!

Lindenhurst Community Cares is looking for volunteers to help clean up the streets of village on September 1.

The volunteer organization, which formed earlier this year dedicating itself to better the village, is looking for other residents to help take part in the “clean sweep” event, which will try to clean sections of the village. The group will also be recycling as many of the trash items and containers as possible.
