Hurricane Grill & Wings Gives Lindy a Sign

The progress on the building itself appears to be slow, but Hurricane Grill & Wings appears to be one step-closer after adding a "coming soon" banner atop its Lindenhurst location.

The signs, which were hung on the eastern and western sides of the building, appeared early this week after news broke of the restaurant's imminent arrival.

Patch was the first to report last week that the franchise Hurricane Grill would be coming to Lindenhurst later this year on Montauk Highway.

The building that formerly held Cattleman's Grill was heavily damaged during Hurricane Sandy and is undergoing extensive renovations as the new restaurant plans to come.

There was still no official word on when the restaurant expected to officially open.
