Lindy Salutatorian: I Dare You to Surpass Greatness
Josh Sposito tells his classmates to enjoy the life they live and do great things.
Lindenhurst's Class of 2013 graduation ceremony featured many inspiring speeches from officials and students, but none were so moving as those giving by both the valedictorian and salutatorian.
Lindenhurst salutatorian Josh Sposito said people always ask him while he's smiling and that he responds that life's too short to not smile.
"Your future is only as bright as you make it," Sposito said during his speech. "I encourage all of you to achieve greatness and dare all of you to surpass it."
Due to a technical equipment glitch, the speech given by the valedictorian was lost. Patch regrets this misfortune.
