Meet Kate, Shelter Pet of the Week

The staff at the Town of Babylon Animal Shelter is certain that Kate the Kitten will soon be a princess – and spayed princess at that!

In the photo op one can see her penchant for dress-up, and for the British royals (note her Princess Diana engagement ring!).

Kate is part of the shelter’s first litter of the 2011 kitten season, and like each of her five gray tabby siblings, she’s sweet and socialized, note the shelter staff.

The adorable, gray-and-white, short-haired kitten is also up-to-date with routine shots, added the staff.
