Police Report: Halloween Decorations Stolen, Truck Vandalized
Incidents in Lindenhurst and North Lindenhurst between October 22 and 29, plus one on October 10.

- October 29: Assault, Tremont Road, report indicated, “Two males outside ‘IL’ recalled for status rescue.”
- October 29: Criminal mischief, fourth degree, Merritt Street, report indicated, “Youth in red shirt, bald head.”
- October 27: Criminal mischief, fourth, North Greene Avenue, report indicated, “To front yard; on-going problem.”
- October 27: Grand larceny, fourth, South Fourth Street, report indicated, “Of $2,000 worth of Halloween decorations.”
- October 27: Harassment, second, 47th Street, report indicated, “Dispute with known male; subject no longer 10-36.”
- October 25: Criminal mischief, fourth, Charles Street, report indicated, “To white truck security ‘P/L.’”
- October 25: Burglary, second, North Indiana Avenue, report indicated, “Complainant found downstairs window open and items missing.”
- October 22: Burglary, second, South Seventh Street, report indicated, “Unknown entry; items missing from house.”
- October 22: Criminal mischief, fourth, North Wellwood Avenue, report indicated, “Front window broken overnight; entry not made.”
- October 22: Harassment, second, North Clinton Avenue, report indicated, “Complainant in black Avenger parked in front of above ‘IL.’”
- October 10: Grand larceny, fourth, Route 109, report indicated, “By employee who’s not 36.”
