Boardwalk Upgrades, Bayfront Planning Study On City Council Agenda

LONG BEACH, NY — Long Beach will hold its city council meeting on Tuesday night.

Among the items on the agenda include:

• A resolution to authorize an amendment to the Capital Projects Fund
  Budget.
• A resolution will authorize the city manager to accept a grant for the construction of a salt storage dome.
• A resolution authorizes the city manager to accept a grant for a bayfront planning study.
• A resolution also authorizes the city manager to accept a grant for boardwalk upgrades.
• Another resolution on the agenda calls for the city manager to accept a grant for upgrades to Park Avenue and Kennedy Plaza.

The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
