Construction To Close Roads Around Long Beach School
Road work is scheduled through Wednesday near the East School.
LONG BEACH, NY — With repairs expected on Boyd Street and East Chester Street between Neptune Boulevard and Doyle Street, drivers should be aware of road closures. It will impact students as well.
The city says the reconstruction will shut those roads completely from Monday, Jan. 30 to Wednesday, Feb. 1.
It's recommended using Franklin Boulevard to East Hudson Street. You can reach the East Elementary School by south on Neptune Boulevard. But allow for extra time.
