How To Post Your Garage Sales on Patch

It’s April, and that means tag sales are starting to pop up around the city.

Here at Patch we pride ourselves on local, useful information. That includes who is selling books for a bargain, a dresser in their driveway, and clothes strewn across a lawn.

Posting your garage sale on Patch is easy — and it’s free! You must be registered on Patch and logged in to enter an event, so do that first by going to longbeachpatch.com/login, look across the top of the page and click on the "Events" tab, and then on "Put it on the calendar" near the top right corner. Or just go to longbeach.patch.com/events/new.

Fill out the information in the form. You can enter as little or as much as you'd like, but be sure to enter your address and under categories check off "Garage Sales.” When you're all done, scroll to the bottom and click "Post My Event.”

Note: You can even upload photos of the items that you're selling.
