Long Beach Swim Team Takes 2nd Place In County Tournament

The Waves participated in the Nassau Munipical Swim Conference

LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Waves swim team made a splash in the recently held Nassau Munipical Swim Conference.

The Waves finished in second place at the Division I Championship meet. Overall, the youngsters took third place in the dual meet season.

Keira Muety and Ellamia Moulinos each broke two records in their age groups for the 100 yard freestyle and the 25 yard freestyle, respectively.

The Waves are based at the Long Beach Recreational Center.
