Long Beach Youngsters Win Lacrosse Tournament

LONG BEACH, NY — Hats off to the youngsters who are part of the Long Beach Lacrosse Team. The first graders won the Long Ireland Lacrosse Tournament last weekend.

Long Beach won its four games as they completed the season undefeated. It's the first time the Long Beach first graders won the tournament at LIU Post.

In the championship match, Long Beach edged previously unbeaten Huntington, 8-7, with the game-winning goal in the final seconds.
