Long Island To Host Solemn Pearl Harbor Remembrance Event

It takes place at the Magnolia Center.

LONG BEACH, NY — In honor of those who served our country in Pearl Harbor, the City of Long Beach will host a special remembrance event.

The December 7 commemoration is open to all residents. During the 1 p.m. ceremony, in collaboration with the Joint Veterans Organization, they will pay tribute to the bravery and sacrifice who served on the morning of the attack 83 years ago.

The solemn event takes place on Saturday at the Magnolia Center. You can enter through the Recreation Center lobby on Magnolia Boulevard.
